Danielle brings many years of experience as a hypnotist to her role as Director of the CIC.
She works closely with clients to help them break free from difficult habits, using her expertise to support lasting, positive change. Through her role within the CIC, Danielle is able to extend this support to the wider community — making her experience and guidance accessible to those who might not otherwise have the opportunity to benefit from it.
Maxine Buckley
Maxine is the Founding Director of Stuck in a Rut, a Community Interest Company dedicated to helping individuals break free from limiting habits and build confident, positive lives. With 10 years of experience as a hypnotherapist, and as an NLP Master and Trainer, Maxine has helped hundreds of people reset their mind and body — releasing what holds them back and stepping into lasting, positive change.

Rosie Canty
Rosie serves as a supporting Director of the CIC, overseeing administration, funding, and finances.
Working behind the scenes, she ensures the operational foundations are firmly in place — helping the organisation run smoothly so its work in the community can continue to thrive.
